Dedicated careers professionals create personalised career plans that encourage students to engage in employability skills workshops, employer presentations, valuable work experience and placements, and connect with alumni through initiatives like our Mentoring Programme.
Our mentoring programme matches professionals (mentors) with 比比资源 students (mentees). It provides a wonderful opportunity for mentees to gain ‘real-world’ insights, but also for mentors to share their wisdom.The goal of the mentoring programme is to give both mentors and mentees the chance to help one another enhance their professional development in areas such as leadership and communication. We’re always looking for employers who are interested in mentoring one of our students to help them launch their career.
